Michelle brings over 10 years of expertise in clinical and sports nutrition. She has worked with both individual and group clients in top tier hospitals and fitness facilities all over the Boston area. She also has over 15 years of fitness training experience (including at the competitive level), and uses her experience to help guide her clients. She wants to ensure all athletes have the appropriate knowledge, tools, and support to fuel appropriately to perform their very best while still enjoying favorite foods and living life!

Chloe Kunstler is a registered dietitian and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor who brings years of experience and expertise in sports nutrition, recovery, and disordered eating/eating disorders. Using her knowledge of behavioral and nutrition science, Chloe helps clients to perform and feel their best while fostering a healthy and positive relationship with food. Chloe is passionate about centering the client’s goals and needs throughout the process, and providing support and encouragement along the way. Dr Laura Latham received her bachelor’s degree in Physiology and Neurobiology at the University of Connecticut and she earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree at New York Chiropractic College. Laura’s post-graduate education led her to the field of strength and conditioning, sports medicine and pelvic health. She and her husband, Tim Latham opened Back Bay Health and Performance in 2016. She is a faculty member with First Principles of Movement. She is passionate about helping pregnant people and active adults with pain, get back to doing whatever it is they love.

Tim Latham is a chiropractic physician, licensed dietitian/nutritionist and strength & conditioning specialist. He specializes in the integration of movement, nutrition, mindfulness and other lifestyle based interventions for people with complex, chronic conditions.

In addition to co-owning Back Bay Health & Performance he also serves as an adjunct professor in the Integrative and Functional Nutrition program at Saybrook University and regularly lectures on pain, stress and injury prevention at local universities.
